The head professor Josh Johnson is awesome. He creates a welcoming environment for all new students with all skill levels. His teaching ability and patience is on full with the kids classes. My kids had a blast with Team One! I would recommend everyone even slightly interested in BJJ, Muay Thai, or kickboxing to come check it out. You are able to try it out for the first week free of charge.
