The head professor Josh Johnson is awesome. He creates a welcoming environment for all new students with all skill levels. His teaching ability and patience is on full with the kids classes. My kids had a blast with Team One! I would recommend everyone even slightly interested in BJJ, Muay Thai, or kickboxing to come check it out. You are able to try it out for the first week free of charge.

Been going for around 5 months now. Josh and Joe are both amazing instructors, and there is a really strong sense of community. Everyone is really friendly and patient, and the upper belts are always happy to help newer members.

As a career coach I recognize a well organized and progressive program. Josh and his team take a progressive approach to their system. Classes are organized. Drills are well explained and all questions get answered. Above all, we are encouraged to continually better our skills. Not just show up to class. The team and clientele here create an environment where is early impossible to fail. Just walk through the door one time!
