The best most inclusive dojo you will find in Ottawa. Our boys have not only progressed through their belts but the program has also allowed them to both flourish as humans too. One of my boys is neurodivergent and this dojo is the only environment where I have seen him truly feel like he can be himself but he is also challenged to push himself beyond what he believes he’s capable of doing. Truly could not be more grateful for finding this dojo and can’t wait to continue our karate journey for years to come. 🥋❤️

From the moment I walked through, I was greeted with a welcoming receptionist and a strong sense of community. The instructors are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also patient, supportive, and truly invested in each student’s progress. I’ve noticed how respectfully the instructors interact with parents and how genuinely they engage with the students. You can tell they truly love teaching, and that positive energy really influences the students in the best way. They take the time to encourage each member and create a positive, supportive atmosphere. Highly recommend this dojo!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Douvris Orleans is an amazing dojo! Sensei Ben is an incredible instructor, patient, motivating, and truly passionate about teaching. He takes the time to make sure everyone understands the techniques and pushes you to improve in a positive way. The whole team creates such a welcoming and respectful environment. highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn and grow!

I can’t say enough good things about Douvris Martial Arts Orleans! From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. The facility is clean, safe, and well-equipped, giving you everything you need for a great training experience. The instructors are top notch , knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. They adapt to all levels, pushing you just the right amount while making sure you feel supported. Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced in martial arts or kickboxing, you’ll feel welcome and challenged.

Our family has been part of the Douvris Orleans family since 2018, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. My 2 kids and I have been attending Douvris Orleans for over 5 years. We love the environment, the sensei’s the community. It’s an amazing school with a wonderful focus, a great leadership program. A dynamic syllabus that adapts to real world situations. Keep up the great work!

I want to share my love and respect for the Douvris Orleans leadership and the community they foster. My family has been a part of this beautiful karate family since 2021. Through the years they have supported my family’s unique needs and have always made sure to stay connected. They have helped so many achieve the confidence needed to achieve the many challenges at every stage of life. The Sensei team cares about their students regardless of age or skill level.
