  My kids and I have been train8ng here for years, the instructors are super professionally and Rick who manages the gym really keeps the place clean and organized. The really care about their members and are really good with kids. They have kids and adults and multiple coaches each class for the kids. I would recommend this for anyone who might be nervous. This place makes you feel at home

  I’ve trained at Dethrone MMA for almost 6 years, mostly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Coach Mike Moreno. Dethrone is legitimate as they come. The classes come with a good mixture of technique and (optional) hard work rolling. Their pricing is fair, everyone is helpful, and they foster a good team energy as everyone trains. Drop in for a free class, you’d be surprised how much you enjoy the rolls.

  We absolutely love this MMA company! Rick has always been so kind and understanding when I have had questions in regards to the gear or even while we had to freeze our accounts due to personal reasons. The facility is always clean and well kept, the instructors are knowledgable and patient, and all the kids/adults we have come into contact with have been super respectful. I most definitely would recommend this company to anyone wanting to sign their kiddos up!

  The best MMA gym! Rick and Coach Mike are the best. They treat you like family, their training is top-notch, the environment is supportive, and the results speak for themselves. Rick, the owner is one of the nicest guys and helps you out in every way possible. Highly recommend!
