  Great gym with lots of great people. Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are available for all age groups and beginner friendly. Class time includes a warm-up period, multiple rolling sessions, and detailed drilling sessions. Usually there’s a one week free trial to see how it works for you. For getting into shape, it’s a hell of a workout. For self-protection, it’s the best martial art you’ll find. The best day to start doing BJJ would be 10 years ago. The next best time to start is today.
