I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Both my kids aged 4 & 9 enjoy the classes. The coaches are all great with kids. They are patient yet firm and are able to keep the kids attention with their instructions. The atmosphere is still somewhat relaxed so the kids don’t feel overwhelmed like other schools we have visited. You start to feel like part of the community on the very first visit. They offer classes for both young and adult so everyone can get in on the fun.

Outstanding dojo. I’m originally from the area but only in town for a month. The professor (Chance) welcomed me in to train as if he knew me for years. He even cornered me in a competition I signed up for on a whim. The dojo is clean, the instructors are welcoming, and the instruction is second to none. Mr Chance is a great asset to not only martial arts, but to the community here locally as well. I signed my 4 year old son up for summer Jujitsu classes and since day one, Mr Chance has been extremely patient with children in his youth group. He is able to get them to respond in a respectful manner without being disrespectful in anyway. We need as many POSITIVE male figures for our kids to learn from and Mr Chance is A1 for sure. I love my son more than anything in this world. I would not trust just "anyone" to teach him anything. Mr Chance is the BEST! If you would like to get your little one involved in marital arts, I would definitely recommend Cajun Combat.

I've known Professor Chance since he was a young Brown belt. Chance is an awesome competitor and instructor and has the ability to explain and break down techniques for all experience levels. I highly recommend his Academy if you're looking for a place to train Jiujitsu or MMA!

I've trained and competed against Chance for at least a decade at this point. He's personable and knowledgeable. It's nice to have a gym owner that constantly is smiling and enjoying what he does. I truly enjoy stopping by his place when I'm passing through knowing I'm going to have some tough and fun rolls.
