Truly can’t say enough good things about this academy. I have had the opportunity to travel and train all around the united state and this location is by far the most amazing and family oriented academy I have ever stepped foot in. I have been with cross collar academy since the beginning and couldn’t be more proud to represent this flag along with the revolution flag. The professors/ owners of this academy really care about your progress in the sport regardless of your a hobbies are a high lever competitor. Not to mention all the parents / staff that you could ask just about anything of and they are always willing to help. Several outside students stop by and are welcomed by all the students and staff. This is a must stop if you’re looking to get into the sport and in the area.

Love this place. Awesome professors, great atmosphere, and several training times through out the day. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when I started but I'm glad I did. A year and four months later...I wish I would have found this place years ago. So far I've meet countless amounts of new friends, gained an unimaginable amount of self awareness /self confidence. Finally (probably the most important lesson) I'm working on is the value of showing up and putting in the work. Thanks guys

I recently visited Cross Collar Jiu Jitsu, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The staff and students greeted me with genuine warmth, making me feel right at home, even as a drop-in visitor. The instructors were exceptionally knowledgeable, breaking down techniques with clarity and patience while offering personalized tips to improve my game. Their expertise and passion for BJJ truly shone through, creating an environment that was both challenging and encouraging. The facility itself was impressive—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of mat space to train comfortably. I left feeling inspired and eager to train more. I’ll definitely be back at Cross Collar Jiu Jitsu next time I’m in the area!

This is the best Jiu Jitsu place ever whether you join alone looking for the right crowd to help you improve or have a family that wants to start doing a healthy activity together! I enrolled my son right away when we moved to the area, I joined 1 month later because it looked so fun. Next was my daughter and now my wife has been going to classes for over a month! All of the coaches are great professors who make it easy to understand moves. I highly recommend you try this place!

View point from a Practitioner since 2009: Facility: Two large mat areas (clean) with wall mats. Bathrooms (clean), water dispenser, Gi’s, Rash rash guards and apparel available, sitting area for onlookers, AC/Heat, CCTV system for safety, decent parking, across the street from a CrossFit and right off the highway (easy to find). Ambiance: Welcoming, friendly, Safe✅ Music✅ (age appropriate depending on audience). Amazing kids program✅ (Bully Proof you kids) Amazing Adult Program: ✅ 6:00am/Noon/5-8PM Gi✅ this is Jiu Jitsu we train in the gi No-Gi✅ A total Vibe with some monsters. Women only classes✅ MMA Program ✅ Instructors: World Class to say the least. Legit Jiu Jitsu Black Belts. Teaching effect Jiu jitsu that has been perfected throughout their career. The instruction is a good mix of Old School with New School Classes. Both Gi and No-Gi classes have a good mix of ages, sizes (light-heavy and tall and short), Women and Men, Young and old, from hobbits to competitive athletes competing weekly. The Jiu Jitsu here is some of the best in the area (if not the best). Roll with Zack if you want to find out personally. Overall, I moved to this area after being away for more than 20 years and I couldn’t have landed at a better place. I was welcomed with big open arms (that wanted to choke me 😂). This place has everything you could wish for in Jiu Jitsu academy. Take this as your sign, come see for yourself!
