  So glad I finally decided to join this sport! I was hesitant, but between the family atmosphere, and great lessons, I couldn't be happier! The coaches are absolutely amazing,encouraging, and everybody else is too. Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants to try. Just do it! 💪

  Starting Jiu Jitsu was a difficult and intimidating endeavor but has turned into one of the most rewarding journeys I'm working on. The constant challenge of learning something new and working towards a goal has been a great way to develop confidence while helping to create mental resilience. It has been a physically challenge and is one of the main reasons my cardiovascular system is well developed. All of the coaches are amazing and took the time to help me learn at a pace I was comfortable with. The team also provided a safe and secure environment where I wasn't afraid to do something new. If your looking for something fulfilling, this sport definitely fits that mold.

  Mark is an unbelievable instructor and he truly knows the value of having a good community and a good culture in his gym! Amazing tournaments and an overall wonderful facility to make sure you stop in at whether you’re living there or travelling through!

  I couldn't be more grateful of my time at this gym. Every has been so warm and welcoming and I've learned so much to add to my game. Also for some reason, the lighting in the gym is the most ambient I've ever experienced. No clue why but out of all the gyms I've been to the lighting in this place got me feeling a certain way. The mats are always clean, everybody has such a great sense of humor and training with them is so much fun. I never expected to find such an awesome martial arts family tucked away here in the mountains, truly a diamond in the rough. Also, 9/11 was an inside job.
