I cannot recommend this academy enough, my son has been attending for the last three years. They instill a genuine sense of comradery, discipline but most importantly fun. It is such an amazing art form, the training is second to none. It gives the kids (and adults) a real workout creating amazing muscle memory. Was recently on holiday in Clare and wanted to get a bjj class in with my teenage son. Wasn't sure what kind of reception we would get being from a different jiu jitsu gym, but the trainer couldn't have been more welcoming and inclusive and all the students were really sound. I'll definitely be back again when I'm in that part of the country and would highly recommend the place!

John is a deeply thoughtful instructor and dedicated coach. The facility is wonderful and the atmosphere inviting. This gym is perfect for beginnings and aspiring full time grapplers.

John is the best coach I have come across, goes through moves and techniques thoroughly so you can learn and remember it the people you meet in the gym are some of the nicest you can find. Always willing to help and teach you highly suggest coming here

This is a great place to learn jiujitsu. John is the best in the business. Patient, wise and generous with his time, helpful, great with kids and adults of any experience level. Come train here, It'll change your life.
