  I started learning BJJ at this gym when it first opened. From day one, I always felt welcome and safe. The culture fostered at this gym is one of mutual respect. Everyone has space to learn at their own pace in a fun and friendly environment. Renato is fully invested in his students' progress; he tries different approaches to teaching to make it a positive experience for everyone. Each class is a fun game!

  I've tried a few BJJ gyms before finding this one. Excellent teaching style, good range of class times to suit different schedules, and generally warm friendly attitude from the other students. I went from useless to getting submissions within 2 months. Highly recommend trying it out whether you're a nervous beginner or seasoned pro - there's some top fighters here

  Great gym, great coach and great people. I've been attending the gym with my two boys for a few months now and we all love it. It's a great place to learn and Renato has created a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for both kids and adults.

  My wife and kids have trained with Renato for over 2 years he is a great teacher and especially good with kids which can be hard to find. The facility is nice and is welcoming to all levels, goals and abilities. Age is not a factor either. BJJ is great for your mind and body all you need to do is start and at Choice its a fun environment which is good to learn in.
