  First class instructor. Can't recommend highly enough! My first taekwondo instructor over twenty years ago. Strong all rounder (sparring, patterns, line work and self defence). Forever greatful!!   The classes here were great, it was always both fun and challenging and the instructor was really supportive as he walked around checking everyone was doing the moves right and never made anyone feel stupid for getting something wrong. I'd recommend this class to anyone looking to learn martial arts.

  My dealings with Paresh over the years has been a positive experience, and I am impressed at his ability to engage with young people. He has helped develop a number of young people, including my son, that I have known by presenting as a good role model, both for personal fitness and health but also for good social morals. I would recommend anyone to try Tae Kwon Do with Paresh, and I am sure you will have an equally positive experience.

  These classes are amazing for both adults and children alike. Not only do you children learn in a fun and friendly environment they encourage leadership, coaching and mentoring of the beginners so that they are quickly interested into the group. Parrish who teaches is one of the best child friendly teachers I have met and is a fantastic role model. I couldn't recommend them enough!
