My two boys have been attending for over a year now, and I can honestly say the difference in them has been amazing—especially in my oldest. Their confidence, discipline, and fitness have improved so much since they started. They always look forward to the classes and enjoy training with their friends in such a positive and supportive environment. Matt and the whole team do a fantastic job encouraging the kids and helping them grow both physically and mentally. Thank you.
I absolutely recommend CMA! I've been going there for 6 years, both Fitness Kickboxing (on a punchbag to music) and Martial Arts (more about technique) and I love it, especially the sense of community. Classes are great fun, instructors are lovely and encouraging and you are never going to feel like you've got it wrong or don't fit in. I'm 53, with friends of all ages there.
Great week of training - a mixture of familiar and new faces - with Matt, Josh and Ryan doing a fantastic job leading the sessions - fun and a great refresh at the end of a day - social + fitness + fun.
My boys have been going to Cheltenham Martial Arts for nearly 10 years and are both black belts. They look forward to it every week and love practising and honing their skills, training with their friends, feeling confident physically and mentally and seeing their improvement and development week by week. Would highly recommend Matt and the team.
My son absolutely loves his martial arts classes! The instructor is super patient and encouraging, and the classes are fun and safe. He’s gaining confidence and having a great time. Highly recommend!
Best decision I made for my son. He has been so rewarded with the wonderful teaching styles of his Sensai's. Welcoming and friendly staff and customers. He has fun and learns a lot. Already passed one grading. So proud to be Cheltenham Martial arts affiliated!
If you want to mix up your exercise routine and have some serious fun, you must try this! I had been looking for a new form of exercise when I came across Cheltenham martial arts and even though I’d never kick-boxed before, it was the most welcoming space, with a great team of trainers, awesome class environment, membership options and lots of laughs as a bonus, thank you!
Posted 1 year agoMatt and the team here are fantastic. My two boys started recently and absolutely loved it. Matt was so accomodating, as I explained that my boys were quite nervous, shy. I had a few requests if Matt could do before they started to make sure they felt as comfortable as possible, and Matt made sure all was sorted before they arrived, really putting us at ease, which is incredible. Josh the coach was brilliant with the boys, so encouraging and they came way saying they loved the session and can't wait to go again. Highly recommend this place!
Posted 1 year agoJust been to the Weds, 6pm Fitness Kickboxing with Angg. So much fun and a really good workout. I have been coming for a few months - either side of my 60th birthday - I really feel the benefit. Matt and Angg and everyone taking the sessions are just great - they give the classes a fun, relaxed feel and every session is a bit different. A really friendly place and quite addictive. Thanks !

I've been made so welcome and given helpful support as I haven't ever really tried either martial arts or fitness kickboxing. Great feeling of community here and Matt and the team are super positive and friendly.
Posted 1 year agoEveryone in this building has a smile on their face and is so welcoming. Matt made me feel totally at ease to get stuck into the classes and was really thorough with explaining the different memberships so I could work out what’s best for me. I never dread a workout here and always leave feeling good about myself. Highly recommend as the friendliest martial arts place in town!
