  Unfortunately I came back in town from trucking for vacation and wanted some action and something fun to do and learn. Stumbled across this Jiu Jitsu school most of the people where awesome great people shout out to Jeremiah and the others for the good session but the next day I came in there was a black belt instructor by the name of Dave or David whoever he was only for me to ask him a question and in response calls me “you people always asking me this and that” after that response the vibe wasn’t gonna work out now I train at another local jiu Jitsu place around the area which for me is working out way better then maybe if I was to stay at that checkmat school. I say if you don’t want to deal with a high ego guy maybe go train somewhere else.

  The professors and the staff are second to none. They are very attentive in the individules progression as well as the facility as a whole. The gym is very clean and friendly especially to those just starting out on the path to better health and self confidence. I would recommend to all.

  I drop in here whenever I’m in town visiting family, and I can’t recommend it enough. The instruction is clear and detailed, the training is tough, technical, and friendly, and the environment is super welcoming. Definitely give them a visit, you’ll absolutely learn some stuff and get a great workout (and some laughs)
