We enrolled our son when he was 5, and one of the reasons was because, like any 5 year old, he could not sit still for 2 seconds, he could not focus or follow directions... Master Tribett did wonders! Even with the online classes because of the coronavirus, our son follows and does everything he is supposed to do! He went from complaining that he doesn’t want to do it anymore, to being excited about starting the class! One thing that we like are the missions he had to do, which helped him on one occasion at school last year, when one of his friends was being bullied, our son knew how to help him, thanks to the advice given to him during class by master Tribett! Master Tribett has the perfect balance of being fun and strict with the kids!
Couldn’t recommend this studio more. Using respect as a driving force, Master Tribbet seeks to not only teach children the valuable skills of martial arts, but also pivotal building blocks of good character. He gets to know every student, and knows what techniques work (and don’t) for each one. If you want a teacher who is driven to change lives, this is the place to be. He and his organization is one of a kind.
First time that I had a chance to see my son in action and meet the instructor and let me say that he is a great guy and dedicated to his students and we will continue with this location for as long as it is in business thank you for working so hard to teach these students!
This place is very good. The Master is very patient and teaches the kids very nicely. He also teaches about bullying and how to protect themselves from bullying. My son is having lots of fun
Character martial arts is absolutely amazing! Master Tribbet fills the room with great energy that the kids just love! My son has been coming for 10 weeks now and he is in love with this class! Master Tribbet is a great teacher and while the classes are hard he makes everything about it fun for the kids! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great martial arts school!
Regis and his team show exceptional knowledge and care of the arts and our children.
After 1 year in Character Martial Arts, I have seen many improvements children! They have improved in terms of discipline, respect and confidence!
My husband and I were searching for a good martial arts class for our children. We began investigating our area and we noticed Character Martial Art. Character Martial Art had wonderful reviews and decided to try things out. We had a really good feeling about how the children were being taught and how much they liked going to class all the time. We immediately enrolled our children and we are so happy we did. It has only been five months and we have seen so much progress. One of the best choices we’ve made for our children. They have improved their confidence, their focus, their listening skills and our learning self- defense. There are so many wonderful life skills that they’ve learned as well. We are just ecstatic with what we’ve seen in the last five months. I would absolutely recommend Character Martial Arts because of Master Tribbet and his staff. They are wonderful with the children and the children love going to class. We don’t have to fight to say we are going to class, they want to learn more and succeed. They are really doing something great here.
Great program, wonderful teachers and atmosphere! Would recommend this school to everyone.

Regis is great with my kids! His program not only teaches martial arts, it builds strength, confidence and character for the students. It really is a full circle program that I highly recommend.
So thrilled with Character Martial Arts and Master Tribbet! We have seen an amazing transformation in our son in the short time since he started. He just tested and advanced to yellow belt. Character Martial Arts and Regis have given our son a wonderful experience in the last 7 months. Not only has he enjoyed learning Taekwondo, but he has grown so much in terms of discipline, respect, and confidence. Regis has taken the time to understand our son and find the best possible ways to help him succeed. He is a dedicated and skilled instructor who truly cares for his students.
Great instruction! Regis provides an artful balance between a disciplined and a fun environment for all kids. My son looks forward to each class and I look forward to partaking in this learning experience with my son.
I take the Krav Maga class and LOVE IT! This class is an amazing way to work out and the double bonus is, you learn how to defend yourself. Bring a friend!
I took lessons from Regis in which he taught me several movements, including the jiu jitsu shrimp crawl. As a new learner I appreciated his patience and dedication to making sure I was doing the movements correctly. He explained well the situations and practical uses of what he taught. I enjoyed having him as an instructor.
Mr. Tribbet is a great instructor. I would highly recommend anyone to take any of his classes at Character Martial Arts.
Quality Martial Arts with a Quality Martial Arts Instructor. Highly Recommended :)
I have been training under the instruction of Mr. Tribbet for 6 years and he is by the far the most influential, knowledgeable and most passionate martial artist I have had the pleasure to know. He does not just teach his student's martial arts, he teaches them self discipline, respect and integrity. He is one of a kind of instructor. If you are looking for fantastic instruction from an amazing teacher, I highly recommend taking a class with Mr. Tribbet.
