■Master Roman is the best, he is warm and kind to the students but at the same time he is strict and pushes them to follow the rules, he teaches them to respect parents and teachers. My children are 3 and 5 years old (girl and boy) and I have seen enormous progress in their social and communication skills. When we started classes in November I saw other children who were very shy and now they are already participating in the class and it is seen that they enjoy it a lot...I had many expectations that have been pleasantly satisfied.
The instructor master Jon excellent with the kids , Very professional and A1 with his craft and teaching 🖐️
I couldn’t be happier with Champion Martial Arts Mill Basin. My daughter loves it and Master Jang is perfect for the kids. He is a tremendous role model, setting a great example for the kids and imparting respect, manners, confidence, community and patience! thank you Master Jang!
Great place but even better teachers. My 4 yr old has been going here since she was two and she's loved it and there's been so much improvement in her since then. Great to teach discipline for kids especially toddlers.
This is a wonderful Taekwondo school that teaches discipline and encourages students to do their best. Master Jame is a wonderful instructor that really takes his time with all students and provides them with the skills, tools, resources, and encouragement they need to do their best. I have two children that attend the school and it is one of the best decisions that I have made, they have grown in many ways since attending Champions Martial Arts -Utica Avenue.
Very patient with the children even the younger ones. The master is very patient and good at what he does .
My sons have been going for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with the school and Master Jon, they’re both doing so well! Couldn’t be happier.
Love this school, Master Jang is an excellent teacher.

The best place. Master Jang is just great! My son counts the minutes until his next class. Clean and professional. Highly recommend!
My children always have a great time and always try their hardest and always succeed.
Master is very nice and caring with the kids! Very clean and organized, definitely the best experience i’ve had by far!
Best martial art school around with the Best Master! Great programs for all ages! Don't hesitate, you and your child will be the Champions! You don't have to be great to start you have to start to be great!
I spoke to Master Jang about my son starting classes. At first the communication was quick via text and he offered a free class to see if we are interested. My 4 year old son have mild autism. He is verbal and can follow directions but need redirection at times. His pre K teacher advised to get him involved in group activities and gave karate/martial arts as a suggestion. The champion martial arts site also encourage kids who have attention deficits etc to join. During the free class my son was too shy and had difficulty paying attention. Master Jang said he would advise private classes first before joining group. He said he would text and give me the information after classes. My son came home and practiced what he saw in class. I was excited that my son wanted to be involved though he didnt participate in person. I texted Master Jang multiple times about starting the private classes and no response. Called and no response. I texted saying i felt he is ignoring me because he doesnt want to work with my son. He didnt answer. I was completely ghosted. That is very unprofessional. My son and i should not be treated like that. If there was a issue he should let me know instead of ignoring me. This is false advertisement, i felt hurt and wouldn't advise people to join due to discrimination.
