  The Karate dojo is great, I've been training here for about 5 years. If I never met sensi Rick I would never be able to achieve confidence, self-control, and discipline. This dojo not only teaches karate but many other stuff like weapons. If I could possibly rate this higher than 5 it would be 10

  I scheduled a private self defense class for my daughter's and their friends and their moms. I wanted to empower these girls to be confident and learn how to defend themselves in any situation. Rick and Diana (sorry I think that was her name). The class exceeded our expectations. Our age span was 9, 12 and 40 something...The training was appropriate for all of us. I highly recommend Cascade Martial Arts Academy.

  CMMA is a great place for hands-on self- defense focused martial art training. The training is primarily focused on karate, but the instructors are well versed in several styles of martial arts which are incorporated into every class.

  Been training at this location for years, and even under the new sensei it is great! They offer a diverse range of martial arts, from wing chung to muay thai to kali/silat and, of course, Okinawan karate. Classes are completely open for members, meaning you can get up to 8 hours of focused, small-group training a month. It is great for both youth and adults.

  CMMA is a great place to learn self-defense. There's options for kids, teens and adults. I've studied Karate, Kobudo, Jeet Kune Do, Kali, joint-locks and grappling at CMMA and have known Sensei Rick Vogt for many years. Highly recommended!
