    I experienced a lot of gyms in Philadelphia went to visit a friend down in North Carolina and I had a very nice experience at the gym everybody was friendly..the coach knows what he was talking about..I got some good rolls in..and they have some very nice merch..I came home with a tank top..long story short I had a good time..I'm a 10-year experience blue belt..not a sandbagger just not consistent...lol

    knowledgeable instructors that take the time to understand their students and help them learn and grow in ways specific to them. I began my bjj journey during a time when I was struggling with my physical and mental health . The coaches took the time to get to know me and found ways to meet me where I was at in order to help me grow. They made it clear that I was a valued member of the team and family. Coach Mark once told me you either win, loose or lean . I live by those words now . I recommend them for anyone who wants to truly embrace the martial art and their potential in a gym that knows their members as real people and not just another membership fee.
