I travel all over the world to teach BJJ And this is one of the top schools I’ve seen! Anyone from the Virginia Washington area would be lucky to be a part of this Great organization.
Posted 1 year agoI have been training at Capital MMA in Burke for almost a year now. The instructors are excellent. Patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. The management is outstanding. The facility is in great condition, clean, well maintained and comfortable. I hope to train with these folks for many years to come. Highly recommended.
Posted 5 years agoOne of the hardest parts about moving is leaving the things you love behind, and for us it’s this gym. My 3 kids and husband have had the best time training here. I’ve watched my kids become more confident and grow stronger physically and emotionally. The coaches always encourage safety and good sportsmanship above all else. They don’t do it for the shiny medals, but for the joy of the sport.

Jason has a great ability to teach and mentor kids, Court is a BJJ enthusiast and really understands how to teach to concepts, and Jeremy is a BJJ black belt directly under legendary Royce Gracie! Posted 3 years agoA great place for the whole crew. Safe, welcoming, and a great place for learning and developing a BJJ game of your own. One thing that is truly great is the mix of different folks in classes. A great place not just for me and my wife but also for my daughter and sons. Highly recommended.
