Always a great time visiting Capital City! It’s a welcoming gym with a strong team of athletes. Yesterday, I was at a seminar lead by Kain, and everything he thought is was so valuable to the game. He is very attentive and I loved his seminar. I am looking forward for other opportunities to learn from him!

Was always anxious to join an MMA gym and the only regret I have is not joining sooner! Any anxiety I had went away the first day there when I met the trainers. Everyone is so nice and open to answering questions and helping you. And even within the classes you will find people willing to help you. Highly recommend!
We visited from Minnesota for a few days and had a great time! Facility was nice and the instructors were great. Plenty of high level guys to roll and spar with when we stopped by.
Great place to train with plenty of talented training partners. Coaches are great and very inviting. Would recommend stopping in!

Great gym to learn MMA, BJJ and Thai Boxing. The instructors are great, and it's a super fun, competitive atmosphere. They're amazing at accommodating fighters at all levels, highly recommend!
5/5 stars for quality of services (even if they don't have boxing anymore) but -7/5 for music playlists when that Tyme guy isn't around. (In all seriousness, I definitely recommend this gym if you are serious about MMA in the Madison, Wi area)

Terrific instruction in BJJ, Wrestling, and Thai Boxing for all levels from day one beginner to world class professional fighters. This team is tight knit and works hard while focusing on technique.
Facilities are clean and well-kept, and the coaching staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There's no place I would rather be training at!

I've trained here for a while now and it's a great place for youth and adults. It's a different way of getting in shape and everybody is really helpful and nice there. You would think its intimidating to join but everyone is humble and willing to make you better. Highly recommend, it's family to me.
