Always a great time visiting Capital City! It’s a welcoming gym with a strong team of athletes. Yesterday, I was at a seminar lead by Kain, and everything he thought is was so valuable to the game. He is very attentive and I loved his seminar. I am looking forward for other opportunities to learn from him!

If you’re looking for a truly exceptional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience, Kain Rizzo at Capital City Jiu Jitsu is the instructor you need. Kain combines a wealth of technical knowledge with a genuine passion for teaching, creating an environment that is both challenging and incredibly welcoming for practitioners of all levels. What sets Kain apart is his attention to detail. He doesn’t just teach you the "how"; he explains the "why," breaking down complex techniques into simple, actionable steps that actually work. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced grappler, you’ll leave every session feeling like you’ve made measurable progress. The culture at Capital City Jiu Jitsu is another highlight. They foster an atmosphere of respect, hard work, and camaraderie. You can tell they genuinely care about the growth and success of every student on the mat. If you’re serious about leveling up your BJJ game—or even just looking for a supportive place to start—training at Capital City is a decision you won’t regret. Five stars isn’t enough to do justice to the experience they provide!
