Sifu is the best trainer I have ever had and very traditional. There is no other martial arts that can compete In my opinion. Very thorough and adaptive. Look forward to evey class. Won't get the same training in your typical mixed martial arts.

I have lived my life in auto pilot and with that has caused me to always be stressed and keeps my body tight. Here I get to re learn after leaving my past school how to turn that off. How to be in the moment. Never have I had people be so patient. I get more from a class then what years of weekly therapy give me. Then for the self defense I take my power back learn that as a women that can not be taken.

Great School. Amazing teachers and safe environment ! My children have been attending for 3 years. As a mom of ADHD I can confirm the Kung-fu practice helped our son a lot to develop concentration, focus and social skills. It is so satisfying seeing our son very compromised every week. We highly recommend it.

Best martial arts on the Cape because of the expertise of the instructors and the dedication of the students. I wouldn't go anywhere else know knowing how good this school is!

It’s hard to put into words 3+ years of experience at USA Kung Fu Academy. And that is in large part because of the amazing friends I have gained from it. So many people have become a second family to me. The instructors and Sifu Cruz are so patient and encouraging. I made much progress in my training because of their careful attention and one-on-one time spent with me. The instructors care enough to make fundamental and vital corrections and hone in on the basics of the martial and the art. Attending this academy truly inspired me. I will never, ever forget the lessons on moment-to-moment healthy habits. There are practical, everyday lessons from Sifu Cruz that will stick with me the rest of my life for sure. So thank you Sifu and thank you to the instructors that stuck with me and the other black-sash students and upcoming instructors that taught me and challenged me. Thank you.

I've been training here since 2017, I've been a martial artist at other schools since 1989. The staff here is first class and the curriculum is excellent for adults and kids. I'm really happy to have found a new home!

I have started my journey on USA Kung Fu Academy a year ago, and even though I'm still a Kung Fu baby, I have to say that I have had a wonderful experience so far. Sifu Cruz really knows his stuff and makes a point of not only teaching the discipline, but also its applications for self defense. His staff of instructors is awesome and everyone's committed to your learning, so I would 10/10 recommend for anyone who's interested in martial arts, self defense or just wants an activity who'll keep you healthy, strong and mobile.

I took Kenpo when I was younger and wanted to get back into it, but couldn't find a school on Cape that seemed like a good fit. I did a little research and came across USA Kung Fu Academy. I checked out the website and really liked the look and feel of the school and it seemed like an inviting and friendly atmosphere. Since they offer two free classes I decided to give Kung Fu a try. I've been training for about a year now and I absolutely love it! As a smaller woman I think it's important I'm able to defend myself if needed, but I also want to stay healthy and fit as I get older and I love that there's a good mix of both at this school. Sifu Cruz is tough, but fun and he really cares about his students and takes teaching very seriously. All of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. USA Kung Fu Academy feels like a second family to me. I couldn't live without it.

I’ve been going to USA academy for about 5-6 months now and there hasn’t been a single class I haven’t fully enjoyed. Sifu Cruz is a fantastic teacher and motivator, you won’t find a more tenured well versed instructor on cape. I look forward to every class and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to learn a martial art or for general health and fitness.

Truly authentic place to learn not only Kungfu but also the history and philosophy around it. Sifu Cruz has decades of experience and is very generous in sharing them. Teachers are black sashes, not some students like in other places. The best place to study Kungfu on the Cape and surrounding area ( I actually come from off Cape. Well worth the drive)
