Great gym and great people. I accidentally created my own Caio Terra camp when I dropped past Palo Alto for a few days. I ended up attending 3 days in a row as a drop in white belt after emailing Nick who was super friendly and responsive. Coach Renee set me up with a week long pass and could not have been more welcoming. Providing laundered Gis to drop ins was an absolute game changer. Very clean gym. High quality Jiu Jitsu in the fundamentals classes led by excellent instructor and all round great guy Coach Bruno Ueda. Class on one of the evenings was taken by Mason Fowler which was totally unexpected - and also impressed he guessed my Aussie accent (normally Kiwi)!!! Would definitely return the next time I’m in town. Thank you team for being so welcoming. Great ambassadors for your gym and Caio Terra. 10/10

Great atmosphere, great BJJ, and something for everyone. Instructors are down-to-earth and humble in spite of often world-class pedigrees. Very little of the "cult" mentality that is present at many BJJ gyms.

I’ve been training here regularly since July. It’s definitely a great place to learn BJJ. The instructors are champion level in competition and provide excellent instruction and supervision of the techniques. I always enjoy rolling with others here, often with the same people, and it’s fun to learn as part of this community. I’ve made friends and I’m really glad I made the decision to train here.

Been training for 5 and a half years on the East Coast with Alliance Maryland. Moved to the Bay last year and just joined Caio Terra Academy in Palo Alto. Excellent instruction, friendly atmosphere, very clean and easy to find and park.

Beautiful clean space to train. Gabriel and Benji are incredibly skilled instructors and total ninjas on the mat. Great vibe and fun training.
