I’ve trained Brazilian Jiu-jitsu here since 2012, and I can't recommend it enough. The coaches are top notch. As a female I felt completely comfortable my entire time training here. Achieving my black belt in 2021 and competing wouldn't have been possible without this training environment. Highly recommended for anyone serious about Brazilian jiu jitsu.
Stopped in to train while visiting family in the area. What a great opportunity! Excellent gym, instructors, and welcoming group to roll with. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in town and bringing some new techniques back to my home gym.
Very solid gym. Plenty of coaches with different coaching styles and jiu jitsu styles. Low douche factor. Lots of knowledgeable and skilled practitioners. Nothing “McDojo-ish” about this place. Good gym culture. Very inclusive. Perfect for the novice or casual and excellent for competitors. It’s a great environment to grow and train in.
Love the coaches and the team mates I've encountered here in my training for 4 different WV Toughman Contests. Coach Ronnie, Coach Steve, and Coach Napple were amazing. I've never had a group of stronger men standing behind me, believing in me, and pushing me to be my best. I owe them my gratitude, 100%. You'll get a great workout and learn a lot here.
The most knowledgeable coaches in the area. Years of rolling, professional fighters, their knowledge and skills have been tested and proven. There is nothing these guys can’t teach you. If you want to learn BJJ this is the best place you will find. That is a guarantee. I love it here.
I found this place back in May after a friend told me about it. I've wanted to train BJJ for quite some time and couldn't find anywhere close. Joining these folks is one of the best decisions I could have made. Everybody at the gym is very accepting of newcomers. Everyone is treated with respect. The instructors are patient and always willing to go the extra mile to help in your training. There are no shortcuts in the learning process here. What you put into your training with these folks is what you will get out of it. If you're looking for a place to better yourself and train in a relaxed atmosphere with very knowledgeable instructors, then this is the place for you. If you're looking for a place where everyone gets a participation trophy, you may want to look elsewhere. Check it out.

Love going to learn Jiu-Jitsu here. Great group of people to be rolling with and everyone is helpful in teaching areas that you would want to learn more about. If you're looking to get started at or get better at Jiu Jitsu, I highly recommend coming in to check out the Bullpen.
