Dropped in from out of town and received some great instruction from the sensei to improve my technique. They spent the time to work with me personally and I learned a lot. Definitely recommend!

Browns is a place you can expect to grow both physically and mentally. They have a great program for youths and adults. Classes are free which is rare these days! I couldn't be happier. I've had nothing but a good experience! So, If your looking to get in shape, compete in tournements, or just have a new experience, Browns is the place to make it happen!
