We have the best teachers at Schertz! Champion and committed Black Belts! This provides the security of safe, functional and perfect positions! Training with a black belt makes all the difference.
We truly enjoyed Coach Sergio at the Schertz location. His dedication to ensuring our son was safe and learning was amazing. He truly helped our son focus and enjoy Maui Thai. We will definitely be returning if my son decides to get back into it or BJJ.
My son attended Brazilian Top Team - Schertz classes at this amazing school and had an incredible experience. Unfortunately, he had to stop attending due to his asthma, but the compassion and understanding shown by the instructors and staff were truly heartwarming. They made sure he felt included and valued, even when he couldn't participate fully.
The training environment is outstanding—clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The instructors are not only highly skilled in Brazilian jiu-jitsu but also excel at teaching and motivating young students. They focus on building confidence, discipline, and respect, which are just as important as the physical skills learned on the mat.
What stands out the most is the genuine care they have for each student. When my son faced challenges with his asthma, the team provided support and alternatives to ensure he could still be part of the community. This level of compassion is rare and deeply appreciated.

My daughter and I have been doing Jiu Jitsu at Brazilian Top Team Schertz since the gym has been open. This gym offers the best training experience with amazing coaches that helps kids with discipline and anti bullying program.

I have been training her for 1.5 years but from day one they made me feel welcome. Its hard to walk into any martial arts gym the first time but once you make it through the front doors you will be treated like family. I wake up looking forward to everyday I get a chance to come train at Brazilian Top Team.
I went in for my trial yesterday, I started my membership by the end of the session! Great people great environment and a great workout! I definitely recommend this gym! Also they are Police friendly!

Three of my children have been training here for about 2 months but we already feel like we’re part of the family. Coach genuinely wants them to learn. The other parents are friendly, welcoming, and supportive. We were nervous about the cost at first, but it really is a great value!!
My son (5yo) and I have been training at BTT for about 6 months now. The atmosphere is great, the coaches are fantastic, and we've met some great families & Friends. My son specifically has been doing much better with btt than he was with Gymnastics. He is becoming more focused and is learning to deal with "not always winning". I enjoy all aspects of Jiujitsu. I find great relaxation and therapy during every session. It is a great way of challenging myself while also learning more about my mind & body. #Family
Our family has been very blessed to be part of this gym. The coaches have made our daughter fall in love with the sport and understand what it means to work hard for something. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. We are personally greeted everyday that we come into the gym by the coach. You won’t find this great of a community anywhere else.
the warm up and techniques were good, as well as the facilities. When I went it was a pretty small class (5 students and 1 instructor) which was pretty cool. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good training environment and can afford to pay their monthly fees.
