  The support, mentorship and camaraderie I have experienced since joining Legion 13 continues to help me exponentially with developing my character, resilience and skills.   I have only been going to Midvale Legion 13 for around 3 months, and I love it. Everybody there is so respectful, I am being trained with the highest degree of care and I have already earned my first stripe on my white belt. Mike is an amazing instructor, and never fails to teach everyone perfectly, making sure everyone knows what they have been taught, and manages to teach everyone in a different way that works for them. I am 17 and plan to leave over east to join the army at the start of 2025, but I am hoping to get at least my 3rd, 4th stripe belt belt, or even better, my blue belt. I love training here and will always continue to come here until I leave, thank you to everyone who helps create Legion 13.

  My daughter started jiu-jitsu about 2 months ago! Mike and the team have been so welcoming the coaches are fantastic! They really show a strong passion to teach young kids my daughter absolutely loves coming! If your thinking of joining I would definitely recommend !

  Joining the Perth Hills Academy has been amazing. Never a dull moment and everyone is open to helping and teaching new techniques. Stoked I decided to add BJJ into my martial arts journey.   Our kids joined the junior 1 class just over 9 months ago. It's such a great experience and they loved it from the start. The quality of teaching and support is exceptional and it's just a great community. We're seeing benefits on so many levels for the kids individually and as a family. Highly recommended.
