  If you wanna sweat, and get a serious workout in then this is the place. They push you to get stronger and everyone in there has been super nice. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the team as a whole helps eachother it really feels like a gym you can go to and fall into the hard exercise routines and try your absolute best. I'm just starting but the benefits have been huge, and it's a safe environment too where people aren't throwing random high kicks past you or anything, it's very structured and works on technique and cardio mostly, so it's been a huge benefit for me. Thanks everyone at Brasa! Edit: 5 months in and I've never been this strong in my life. Even when I was a 16 year old skateboarder I have never been able to run, punch, kick and fight like I have in the past 5 months. It was a process and sometimes the progress slows down but I'm truly growing not only as an athlete but a person. Thanks Brasa, I legitimately found how to be happy again through exercise.

  My daughter Claire is in jujitsu here and they are so good with the kids ! I have seen a boost in her confidence, pride and respect! This is worth it and I hope you make the Brasa choice !

  Just started with this club and I absolutely Love it here!! Great people great instructors! Iv learned so much it the couple classes iv attended and plan on continuing my Jiu-Jitsu Journey!
