Posted 1 year agoI've been taking my son here for about 3 months and I already feel like family. My son loves coming here and can't get enough. The gym is super clean and hygienic. Felipe is a great coach and instructor, he definitely has a passion for teaching his kids and genuinely wants them to excel. The techniques that he teaches are the real deal. My son had his first tournament over a week and placed 2nd in his bracket. The coaches and instructors know what they're doing. Everyone I have met became family. So if you're looking for a gym that offers Thai kickboxing, gi, and no-gi Brazilian jiu jitsu then look no further and JOIN this family friendly gym.
Posted 6 years agoPeople are GREAT. Skills are easy to remember (for me personally). And, real workout, I mean, a real good workout. There is a lot of cardio, and then some more cardio, a lot of stretching, and a LOT of abb workouts. It's just perfect for getting abbs.
Posted 1 year agoI have been training here for 2.5 years, and it has been an amazing ride. This gym has something for all skill levels and ages. The coaching staff is top-notch with a deep history of battle tested teaching. There are gi and no-gi classes, kickboxing, MMA, cardio, and kids classes! Whether you're a first-timer, a casual hobbyist, or an active fighter, Bragiao BJJ MMA has something for you. However, the best thing about this gym is the warm and welcoming feeling you get from being a part of the family. No ego, no judgment. Everyone here is working at bringing out the best in each other in fun, positive, and compassionate ways.
Posted 1 year agoBest Martial arts gym in Sacramento! My son loves training there. When he started he was shy and had low self-esteem, he spent hours in front of screens and games, he was sedentary. Today he feels part of a big family, he feels comfortable and self-confident, with more discipline, he rarely has time for screens.
