I love everyone here. They are truly like family. All of the instructors bring something different but always respect and integrity. The kids absolutely love the environment. This is a healthy place for the body and mind.

Master Cha is well known throughout the country as one of THE TOP striking coaches within the MMA world and amongst pro-fighters who want to improve their striking. You can get training in all other aspects of the fight game there as well. You can see for yourself by how many champions and belts they hold in the gym. Also good for those who just want to get in shape as there are students of all skill levels and ages.
