Although my 7yr old son has only been practicing at Body Works Marital Arts for approximately 6weeks. We have already seen a great improvement in his focus. Having attended the same Martial Arts school many years ago. We were excited to enroll our son and am very glad we did. From the owner MR. H. to all of his instructors. This is an excellent choice to build strength character respect and self discipline. I would highly recommend for anyone needing self confidence and or discipline and structure.
Bodyworks Martial Arts has been great for my children. My oldest has learned that hard work and practice does give results. Even though she is not really into sports, she has excelled in karate. Bodyworks teaches more than karate. Bodyworks teaches respect, discipline and focus.

Super supportive and fun atmosphere. My son was one of the older kids starting out and everyone has made him feel welcome. Bodyworks has obviously been doing this a long time and have it well organized. They are great at keeping the kids engaged and motivated. Glad we signed up!
I love this program for my seven year old boy. The schedule is flexible and allows for the variation in our schedule month to month. My son is so motivated to attend every class and has developed a passion for karate. He is focused on learning the forms and demonstrates so much more confidence with each session. He has improved immensely in his attitude at home and is displaying more self control. I love that with each belt achieved, more is expected of the student. The merit based reward system keeps the kids wanting to try harder and achieve their goals at home, school, and in the dojo! Thank you for all you do!!
Almost 2 1/2 years in and still learning more skills and moving on up! When my son started, he was unable to cross mid-line, had poor confidence and difficulty following directions but that has significantly improved and gives him something to look forward to every week.

Bodyworks Martial Arts is amazing! My 2 kids have been attending for about a month and they love it. I have seen a big improvement in my son's confidence in just a short time. The instructors are wonderful and spend one on one time with the students to ensure they are doing everything properly. I would highly recommend them!

Attending Bodyworks Karate School many years ago myself and now, more recently, my 8yr old son, I can honestly say that it's truly still a great place to learn martial arts. All of the instructors styles of teaching compliment one another in a way that creates an incredible automosphere for the students. Mr. Hardy is always there with a smile and watching over his students as well. I highly recommend considering Bodyworks Karate School if you're thinking of learning martial arts.
We started our son at 6 years old to help manage his ADHD and learn self control- more than 3 years later he has grown and progressed in amazing ways. Our 5 year old daughter started in the fall and we love to see her body learn balance, control, and self regulation! Highly recommend- we love all of the staff!
I cannot say enough of how great Bodyworks Martial Arts Training Center is! My oldest who is currently 9, almost 10 earned his Jr. Black Belt over this past weekend at the last testing. He has been going here since he was 4 1/2 years old .. he will have been here for 5 1/2 years. The Hardy family and the teachers here have been nothing but amazing. I have seen them work hard to help every child with learning basics, techniques, forms, ground basics, weapon forms. Tucker has always loved attending karate, it has been his favorite extracurricular activity since the beginning. This past fall with a lot of changes occurring from moving up to a different school, starting a new grade, playing soccer while making sure he attended karate had gotten a bit hard for him. He persevered and he crushed his goal of getting his Jr. Black Belt before his 10th birthday. He missed classes due to his struggles but Bodyworks checked in with me on how he was doing and helped him work through it all and kept encouraging him and gave him the confidence he needed. I can't wait to see where Tucker goes from here and thank you to Bodyworks for all you have done and will keep doing to help Tucker grow in Karate and help him as a whole. Thank you thank you!
My 5 year old son was very skeptical of his first private session but Ms. Holly made him feel very comfortable and as each session went on, he needed less and less direct attention from her. :) He has been practicing for 2 months now and is still enjoying it.
The little mile stones that Bodyworks offers is a great way to keep younger kiddos focused and working toward the next goal. I would highly recommend Bodyworks should you be looking for a school that works hard to foster a positive experience!

They spend time with all of the kids and make karate a lot of fun.My son have been training here for roughly 1 year, and the technique they've learned in a short period is amazing. The coaches keep the classes fun and engaging for kids, but with great structure. My son really look forward to training daily.

My 2 kids started few months ago (5 & 7 years old), they loved it and are so excited to attend their classes each week! They already started to build more confidence and strengths and I can see improvement in their discipline. Doesn’t matter how big the class is, There are plenty of instructors who are spreed between students. They do care about their students and really work hard on training each one! Last but not least, at bodyworks Martial Arts Training you feel like you are home between your family!
I wish I can enroll myself in the adult class but the schedule didn’t fit me! I hope may be in the future!

The other day, my daughter, who has been at Bodyworks for over a year, was nervous to go to the ground defense class, because she was new to the class and worried about what she was supposed ti do and who her partner would be. Mr. Olivera changed her entire experience. She had a great time because he partnered with her and really took a lot of time, patience, and care with her, all with really good humor and energy. He is an excellent teacher and I am so grateful for the difference he made in her experience yesterday. My daughter arrived at Bodyworks that day with low confidence and left with a big smile and said “I love ground defense!” The quality of teaching at your school is consistently high and it makes me very glad for the time and resources we spend there.
We are really enjoying taking our 4 year old here to the Ninja Turtles program. Our son has bounds of energy and this has been a really positive outlet for him. All of the instructors are awesome and work so well with all of the kids. They can get our son to pay attention and participate, and that's awesome! He feels great about himself when he leaves and is always excited to show off everything he is learning. We totally recommend this martial arts center!
I can't recommend Bodyworks Martial Arts Studio enough! My son started when he was 4yo and LOVES it! He was slightly shy in new situations, but the instructors have taught him confidence, helped him learn to build trust and have enhanced his self control and focus. The class sizes can be a little on the larger size depending on what day/time you go, but there are always multiple instructors teaching a class, so there is always plenty of support available to assist different levels of ability/pace. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with the incredible Holly and Page! They go out of their way to connect with parents after class and touch base with concerns and successes. They are dedicated, passionate, kind and respectful. They have expectations with their students and hold them to high standards. The classes are fun, high energy and are just 30min long. This has been the perfect exposure to a sport for my son without feeling too overwhelmed by lengthy practice times.
My 2 boys (5 and 4 at the time) started at BW early Fall of 2022 and not only do they love it here, we as parents do as well. We initially started this to help with focusing (especially in school) discipline, and between home and school we have seen a huge difference. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone is friendly while maintaining a level of respect. Our youngest takes his “training” (as he likes to tell his friends) very seriously, and looks forward to going to the studio. My oldest son who is 10 did karate when he was 4 at a different studio, and we did a 1 day trial for our youngest at another, and we were not fans. I can honestly say BodyWorks is family/kid friendly, flexible, and encouraging! The benefits are well worth the price.
My daughter loves going to karate. It has seemed to help with discipline in school and out of school. The instructors are amazing and work really well with young children. They make karate exciting and engaging to help keep them focused.
Highly recommend this studio. The instructors are amazing, they are patient with new students and make it a fun experience. My granddaughter is 6 years old has been a student for a year. She just tested for her green belt in the Ninja Turtle group. She is engaged and loves attending classes. They stress the importance of listening and show respect for instructors, fellow students and family. I can't say enough good things about this studio and the staff. So glad we found this studio!
My son started taking classes at Bodyworks a few months ago after it was highly recommended by several friends. My son loves the classes and the positive interactions with the instructors and the other students. It is a structured environment where self-confidence, respect, and listening skills are fostered all while having fun and learning. My son has been at the school for 4 mos and he loves it. Karate has helped him focus, gain confidence, and helps with his motor skills. The instructors are tough but incredibly nurturing and patient. Communication is great when there are any changes to the wkly schedule.

Both of our sons have been at Bodyworks for 8 months, one in Ninja Turtles and one in Dragon Warriors. NT has given our youngest more confidence and calm; he is so strong and self-assured! We can’t wait to see the skills he develops in DW!!! Our oldest thrives on the discipline and clear expectations of his behavior and form. The instructors clearly care about each child and are able, even in large groups, to help even those who are struggling do well and be successful. We couldn’t ask for a better community to be a part of, and we are so happy that the boys have karate to help them develop as athletes and human beings.
I have been going to Bodyworks for over 25 yrs now that my son is in the program looking to put both in and me and my fiance participate in the black belt training program currently BBTP. My son is in the program aspiring to get his black belt and be the best he can be. MR. Hardy and his family have built something special here. It is awesome to see the next generation take over the responsibilities and project that back into the dojo. MR. Graham is a blast, and attention to detail is un matched with some humor in there for the parents 😉. Your child will be learning so many fundamental challenges in life and learn how to overcome them. The students are great and the environment. Everyone is very supportive of one another, and there is no other dojo I have seen and been a part of with the same integrity of teaching as Bodyworks. We started our son at Bodyworks in February of 2022. In the time he has been attending, we have seen so many positive changes in him. Not only is he learning karate but he is building some very much needed self confidence. The instructors are kind and compassionate while remaining firm. While the group sizes have increased, they are still able to give individual attention and recognition to each student. We feel so grateful we found them and would recommend them to anyone.
This place has changed our lives! We started here several years ago, took a break due to COVID and a serious medical diagnosis, and are now back. It's like we never left. The kids have picked up where they left off. All four children have grown and changed for the better since we started the program. The family atmosphere, the incredible instructors, and the life skills they have developed are priceless. This was the best decision for our family!!

I am glad we chose Bodyworks when my kids showed interested in Martial Arts training. They are learning some amazing physical skills as well as building confidence and perseverance. The instructors are kind and patient, and they notice when a kid is struggling emotionally or with a skill. They take time to support them and encourage whatever growth they can make at that time. Can't believe I haven't written a review for this absolute gem! I began studying at Bodyworks as a 7 year old. I almost quit at 9 but Jeff Hardy taught me an invaluable life lesson that even my 9 year old brain understood and retained to this day. He taught me that if you decide you are going to do something and you truly want to achieve it, you don't give up, you don't lose faith, and most importantly you never say you can't do it. To this day, I remember that private conversation with Headmaster Hardy and on the hard days I remind myself that if he can have supreme confidence in a 9 year old, I can accomplish whatever is at hand. That's all on top of the awesome physical activity, social interactions, life experiences and self confidence that studying at Bodyworks can do for you. You won't find another school in the Concord area, dare I say, the state that will provide you and your family with all I've mentioned above. I hope the whole Bodyworks family is doing well, and best wishes for the future!
My 5 year old (almost 6 yr old) son absolutely loves coming here for Karate! It’s helped him with his listening skills and discipline, as well as being confident. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, we love coming each week. Thank you so much BodyWorks!
My son David has been a student at Bodyworks for 2 years, he started as a ninja turtle when he was 5. Their program is amazing and has helped keep David focused on the daily. I am starting out as an adult beginner and I highly recommend Bodyworks if you are looking to learn Karate. The staff are friendly and professional. The other students are friendly and supportive as well. I enjoying going to bodyworks and I learn something new every time I go. I find it challenging and rewarding.
I absolutely love this place! We are currently a part of the Ninja program (ages 4-6). I’m so glad we chose this place over the others in town. The instructors are so patient and kind with the kids. My child is so shy but she has no problem participating in this class because the teachers make everyone feel comfortable. They learn a lot in just a short amount of time and spend time with each individual child when learning a “new move”. Nothing is ever out of control and the lessons always seem to go so smoothly and always start and end on time. 100% recommend !
Excellent instructors! Our son has been taking classes twice a week for the past 6 months. He has gained so much confidence since then and I attribute it to his karate classes. They help the kids gain confidence, discipline, and respect all while having a great time and getting out some built up energy. They also have several class times and days to choose from which makes it so convenient for our busy schedules. I highly recommend Bodyworks!

Body Works is a great place for my 7 almost 8 year old daughter. She has been attending classes going on 3 months and we have had only pleasent experiences there due to the friendly and possitive atmosphere everytime we are there. I am happy to see my daughter so eager to attend the classes and practice at home and i'm confident that she will be happy and eager to attend classes for many years to come.

When we first started at Body Works Martial Arts around 2 years ago my son was shy and not very confident. He has grown as a person and his confidence has also grown. The instructors are great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. My youngest has enjoyed watching his older brother so much that now he has joined and he’s only 4. The instructors are very patient and they make it fun for the kids.
An incredible, wodnerfully supportive group of people. The owners and instructors all have a vested interest in teaching respect, discipline, and self-control as much as the martial arts. Enrolling my sons, Abel and Levi, in the Body Works Martial Arts Ninja Turtles program and Dragon Warrior program was one of my best decisions as a father. Our two kids, ages 10 and 12, have been students at the school for about six months. One of the things I truly appreciated, other than the great instruction and atmosphere, is that the instructors had an individualized approach to my kids. My 12-year-old was at the upper age range for a particular class, and They encouraged her to join the adult class. When she saw that she would be the youngest person there by several years, she got a little bit intimidated. But that did not stop the instructors from ensuring that she was challenged in her regular class. They moved her along through several belt levels at an accelerated pace commensurate with her skill and ability. I was really impressed. My 10-year-old is also very happy at this dojo!!!
Our kids have been going to Body Works Martial Arts for 6+ years now because the program instills confidence, discipline, and an appreciation for hard work and focus. The Body Works team is a full of friendly faces and great role models for our sons. Can't recommend them enough!

My son has attended Bodyworks for almost three years now starting off with very little knowledge about martial arts. Before Bodyworks we had attended Manchester karate school for around a year and moving to Bodyworks found it to be very much more family-centric.
It's understandable that most people will look to karate as a form of helping your child with discipline and responsibility but the Hardys at Bodyworks are able to take this so much further in create these core values with having a entertaining and fun time for a child. Not only has my son picked up on these core values but they have also helped him on his concentration as well as his overall confidence.
Combining this with other sports he is found a much better sense of being as well as balance in coordination with everything. I can't think of a better martial arts studio to bring yourself or your child.
Our son has been attending Body Works Martial Arts for just over 2 years, and this experience has been incredible. The Instructors and staff are great with all the students and have created an environment that is friendly and goal oriented. When we first moved to NH we were looking for a martial arts studio and everyplace we looked at seemed more business focused. After checking Body Works my son felt completely at ease and in his own words "I feel like I belong there." Great job folks!
Our girls have been attending for more than 2 years. Hands down the BEST place we could’ve chosen. They are knowledgeable and caring instructors who truly get to know their students. Our 13 year old went from shy and insecure to a self confident brown belt and it’s been amazing watching her transformation.
My grandson started as a Ninja Turtle @ 6 y.o. He loved everything having to do with martial arts. When he got to his first group class he was so shy and very nervous that he didn't want to participate. Lucas sat right next to him throughout the entire class with guidance, encouragement, and positive feedback!! 15 months later he is a much more confident, disciplined, and respectful boy!! The Hardy family and all the instructors are so friendly that you feel right at home very quickly. The programs are well organized. The instructors have a nice balance of teaching effectively and having fun at the same time. This has been an excellent experience and we hope to continue for many years to come.
My son just celebrated his 7th birthday at Body Works and what a fabulous time! Organized and tons of fun for the kids, especially for my son. Thanks for making his birthday so special! My experience here was incredible. I learned a lot about my self and I learned leader ship skills as I went there . The school and instructors are really good at what they do and teach. If your a slow learner they go at that pace. The instructors are super nice and friendly and will most likely become alliances / friends in the future. My daughter has been a student a Bodyworks for a little over three years now. The instructors are devoted to excellence and not only teach karate but life principles. I am extremely happy with our decision to start her doing martial arts at such young age and to have chosen Bodyworks as her karate school.
My 6 year old son has anxiety over new places and meeting new people. After his one on one, he went to his first class and they were very understanding and let him go in at his own pace. Once he saw Mr. Hardy again he went in and eventually joined in on the class. Thank you all for your patience with him and all the kids!
Enjoyable experience everytime my kids come to class, they have been coming here for years and it's great to see them grow in their skill level. Bodyworks has been a wonderful influence in both my sons lives and they think the world of the instructors. They have very flexible schedules which is a huge benefit for working parents! My experience at Bodyworks Karate School had been amazing. The instructors are amazing they teach you a lot of stuff and if you make a mistake it's ok they always say practice. They have tournaments to they are super fun to go to to see all the other studios dojos and there martial arts yiu can also learn weapons there is the Staff and the Fan which is also tai chi but in all a good place to send your kids if your child or children are bullied send them their I was bullied for 2 years and the Hardys and the Veilleuxs have helped me so what I'm trying to say is it's a good Martial arts school thanks so much Bodyworks Karate school.

This place is the best. My son has been going there for the ninja turtle class for more than a year now. They have amazing instructors and it's a very positive exposure for the children. They focus a lot on character building which I believe is the most important part of the whole thing. I've even got some awesome parenting ideas from the way the instructors manage the students 😀. They make it sooo much fun for the kids. It's a treat to just watch how much the kids and the instructors enjoy themselves during the learning process. My son loves it here and it has really turned him around. He's gaining a lot of discipline and confidence from Bodyworks School. Thank you all so much for the wonderful work you are doing.
My sons, My wife and I have all benefited from the training at Bodyworks. The positive atmosphere along with the coaching from the instructors is excellent. It doesn't cost anything to try it out and I highly recommend it.
My nephew attends class here and LOVES it. He has been to other studios but never found that perfect fit until he joined the Body Works family. It is amazing to see him strive to be the best he can be and the discipline that he has learned since becoming a student. Absolutely would recommended Body Works to anyone who is looking to keep their child or themselves active and looking to be apart of a fantastic family atmosphere!

Well lets say, his behavior wasn't nice. I tried everything.
Once he became part of Body Works Martial Arts. His behavior and his out look on life started changing. He had more respect for himself and others. The positive was showing through. He was a total different young man. He's made a great deal of friends there. I've attended every class with him and I too have became a better person and have made friends with the other family's that are part of Body Works Martial Arts.

The Hardy's and their staff, are great people and care a great deal about what they do. The passion they show is amazing. My son has been a part of the Bodyworks Karate family for about 2 years now. As you can see I said FAMILY thats what it is. One big family. The instructors are wonderful and all the extra activities that they do in addition to the classes are great for the kids, school and community. We love it there.
Our son has been attending for just over year. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and helpful. He has grown so much and loves going every week. We highly recommend Body Works.
