Tai chi Tuesdays is an amazing session! Great tutor, great class,learn loads and have a laugh. It is relaxing and gentle exercise for all ages which helps build and maintain balance and strength. Very reasonable pricing to top it off!

Very bad 👎 would not recommend. This person doesn't know me from Adam and yet felt he could, and had a right to bully my 10yr old child 😤 a myself. He obviously has issues and after speaking to local people in the area, iv discovered many people have a very bad view of this bully. Poor role model for healthy eating. Very very poor conduct and unprofessional manner. Will pretend there is an issue with myself and my child in his response to try and save and justify his poor appalling behaviour. Excellent dojos not far away in sale and Altrincham, highly recommend and respectful instructors.

In the age 12+ class I learned some useful techniques for self defence. It is a full contact fighting system with sparring classes as well, so can get experience that is useful in the real world if dangerous situations occur. I feel more confident that I can defend myself, after going up 2 grades in the Urban Tiger Kempo system taught in the main classes.

Family friendly club with skilled and enthusiastic instructors offering a good variety of Ashihara Karate training sessions. Good facilities and equipment available at the Dojo. I strongly recommend joining this club.
