I trained here for three months while I was living in St. Gallen, and it was an amazing experience. The coaches are extremely good, very knowledgeable, helpful and always creating a great learning environment. The overall atmosphere in the gym is really cool and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking to train BJJ in St. Gallen!

As a woman, I have to mention, the coaches & the team at BJJ Team St. Gallen create an incredible and safe environment, supporting women in martial arts to fight with each other, instead of against each other (a precious experience). It’s amazing to have such strong support for both athletic and personal growth. The team and training partners share a wonderful sense of unity. Training was great would recommend to anyone wanting to train at a high-level gym. Trainers were awesome and very friendly. My time in the gym was splendid.
