  To anyone reading these reviews: Don't delay another minute. Come in, give it a try. You will not regret joining this club. Such a great mix of people. Everyone belongs here. You will feel welcomed and right at home from day one. To anyone over 40 reading these reviews: at our age we don't get injuries, we get permanent semi-disabilities. At least here you will 100% enjoy it.

  Dropped in while visiting Ireland and could not recommend this place highly enough. Everyone in the gym was so nice and welcoming. The mat space was full of competitive rolls and the walls were lined with good people, great vibes, and nice conversation. When heading out, a few gym members even drove me to the bus station and made sure I was making back to my hotel safely. Thanks so much to all of you, it was a great way to end my visit around Ireland!

  Visited this gym this morning - Wayne and all the lads were so welcoming had such a positive vibe. The techniques were really good and honestly just a lovely place for a training session. Will definitely be back on my travels!
