Jen is amazing with the kids. She is teaching them to be confident and able to defend themselves. Our daughter loves attending. Its fun and she is becoming more a more confident every week.

The ladies class has been amazing! I was nervous to try this out but once I started I loved it. Jenny Briggs is the best teacher, making lessons fun and also full of content. It is so worth trying this out. It really helps with fitness, core body strength and the self defence side gave me much more confidence to be out and about. I am 68 and if I can do it anyone can!

Betws BJJ is a positive and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their experience level. I've been training with Jenny at Betws BJJ for the past few months, and it's been great! Jenny is a fab instructor and classes are very balanced with technique and rolling.
