Jenny has created something really special with her gym. Such a welcoming and friendly group. I have been lucky enough to attend two of her camps now and would recommend them to anybody new or not to BJJ!

Very recommended, Jenny is a very knowledgeable coach and friendly. There's loads of space, and Bets BJJ students are also very friendly.

My daughter absolutely loves the Betws BJJ class and Jenny is an amazing coach. We really enjoyed watching one of the sessions a few weeks ago and having a go at some of the moves! I’m glad that we signed my daughter up, and she looks forward to the class every week. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Jenny is an amazing BJJ teacher. My children first started a while back and she is fantastic with them and the kids love her. I feel very welcome attending her adult classes and have picked up on a lot in the short while ive been training with her, which is a testiment to her teaching abilities. I now have a new addiction and its Betws BJJ!

Betws BJJ is a positive and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their experience level. I've been training with Jenny at Betws BJJ for the past few months, and it's been great! Jenny is a fab instructor and classes are very balanced with technique and rolling.

The ladies class has been amazing! I was nervous to try this out but once I started I loved it. Jenny Briggs is the best teacher, making lessons fun and also full of content. It is so worth trying this out. It really helps with fitness, core body strength and the self defence side gave me much more confidence to be out and about. I am 68 and if I can do it anyone can!
