2401 Pecan St Suite 102, Pflugerville, TX 78660
Legit grappling school. Catch wrestling, bjj, judo. Coach Tyrus is a great teacher who scaffolds instruction in such a way that it's easy to follow and learn. Excellent attention to detail. Very friendly environment. 100% recommend this place.
This place is wonderful, inviting to people of all levels, the owner provides varied and engaging workouts to everyone, regardless of their skill level. Clean, good atmosphere. Extremely fun and exhausting exercise.
Great training and friendly people
Instructor is very knowledgeable and pragmatic in all that he teaches offering real world examples and answering all questions in depth. Tyrus adapts to the skill level of the students he takes and challenges each to improve in their respective weak areas. This is a great place for people of varied experience to train.
I currently attend classes at Centex. The training you receive is the quality experience you always hear about at places but never receive. Immediately when you step in you will be greeted by Tyrus a great trainer/mentor/leader. His training is impeccable and the variety of all the arts blend so perfectly. Most definitely gonna continue my journey under his training.
