BSG is a fantastic school for people who are serious about grappling and BJJ. Ethan is a great teacher who knows how to work with new and experienced grapplers. Even though I’m middle aged, I still want to push myself and get better. BSG does that for me.

Great gym, training here has helped me build a base to compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling tournaments.

Ethan has put together an innovative style for teaching BJJ and grappling. classes are great even for beginners to learn how to apply moves that best suit a grapplers style, body type, and experience. great transparent contract and pricing structure too in a convenient location with lots of parking.
