  Eric is a great coach, the boys are learning to regulate and practice jiu jitsu. They’re 5 & 7 and they have a lot of energy and they love to wrestle and play fighting with their bodies. Jiu Jitsu it’s a great tool for structure and regulation of movement and energy.

  I’ve only been attending for about 3 months and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is lovely with a solid foundation of community. The coach, Eric, is both extremely competent with the sport and empathetic when dealing with beginners like myself. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical, going to my first jiu jitsu gym but quickly understood that like most people, I have a place there.

  I dropped in for a class on a trip through Austin and really loved it! The space feels like a clubhouse in the best way, and Eric is a really excellent and thoughtful class. I was impressed by how cohesive the goal of the class was and how each piece of instruction and game fit with the overall idea. It was also super welcoming and friendly! Thanks Eric!

  My son absolutely loves this jiu-jitsu place. The coaches are patient, respectful, and great with kids. They focus on technique, discipline, confidence, and making sure every child feels included. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my son’s confidence and behavior at home. The gym is clean, organized, and very family-friendly. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and positive martial arts environment for their child!

  I visited this gym while on a work trip and was welcomed to attend a nogi class. The instructor, Eric, was thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. The students were all great training partners. They have cultivated a casual atmosphere that allowed students to ask questions. I highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a jiu jitsu community.
