I worked with Olivier for a few months and had an excellent experience. Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I quickly started gaining a lot from our sessions. One of the first things I noticed was becoming more in tune with how my body moves and how I compensated in certain motions. Olivier helped me loosen up and better engage my core to connect my upper and lower body. He was great at providing feedback and pinpointing areas that needed improvement, then working with me on exercises to correct those movement issues. Another significant benefit was a boost in confidence and feeling more at ease in dealing with people. One of the main reasons I wanted to try Muay Thai was to learn a practical type of martial arts that would help me feel more secure in potentially dangerous situations. During one experience, someone approached me aggressively while I was traveling, and although the situation could have escalated, I didn’t feel unsafe. I calmly left the encounter knowing I had the tools to defend myself if necessary. Knowing how to defend yourself and those you care about does wonders to your ability to relax in unfamiliar settings. I also had a boost in cardio. I had been experiencing chest pains and I was worried about my heart health. Muay Thai sessions are an intense cardio workout and it is one of the few things where I noticed a massive improvement. Olivier was great at finding the right balance of keeping things challenging but not too easy. He doesn't wait until you are completely wiped out but knows when to push you. If you want improve your cardio, this is one of the best ways to do it. Lastly, my overall mentality shifted for workouts and many other related activities. I reached a point after a month or so where I was truly able to shut off my brain and just engaged with the activity. I trusted myself to perform without relying on the thinking part of my brain. This was huge for me as overthinking is a mistake I make in tons of activities in life. This leads to questioning myself, making too many excuses, and tightening up. Learning the skill of turning off my brain and letting myself develop naturally is something I can carry to many facets of life. This is a life lesson that is very hard to learn and working with Olivier helped me achieve it. Overall, I highly recommend working with Olivier. I learned a benefited greatly and I hope to continue working with.

Olivier is an expert at Muay Thai and at coaching. I learned extremely quickly compared to previous group classes, all due to his style of teaching which is the perfect balance of drills, practice reps with constant tweaks, sparring and pushing out of your comfort zone, and understanding the discipline of Muay Thai itself. I feel invigorated and powerful afterwards and I'm grateful for this opportunity to train with one of the best

As a beginner, the 1st session learning Muy Thai and Thai boxing with Olivier was incredible. His personality was made for coaching, and he kept things at a level that was perfect for where I'm at. I feel high on life and invigorated, even now, 3 days after the session. The brain and body exercise with this experience is SO GOOD!! 5 stars all the way ~ Highly recommend.
