Atlas BJJ is a great experience for my family! My sons have really enjoyed their Jiu Jitsu journey here and have made lots of new friends. Professor Rodrigo and his fellow instructors have really provided a great atmosphere of world-class Jiu Jitsu training. They’re wonderful and patient with the kids and have witnessed first-hand the positive impact they have in boosting their confidence! I love the fact that there is plenty of options available for the adult classes to attend (morning/lunch/evening). I myself am currently training and have learned so much from the awesome team here! Highly recommended!

I'm a purple belt who trains recreationally. First thing i noticed was professor Rodrigo and others were very kind to me as an outsider. As soon as I got there he was teaching positions I have never really studied before even though ive trained for over 10 years. Seems like a great place to improve your game and grow your knowledge of Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques.

I have been to multiple academies around the country this is one of my favorites. This academy is awesome it feels like one big family. Kids class has been transformational for my kids they have become confident young leaders. The adult class is full of awesome classmates who take care of each other on and off the Mats. Instructor staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is neat and clean. Mats are sanitized daily. 5 stars I highly recommend this school for kids and adults of all skill levels.

Professor Rodrigo Cardoso has a great gym that provides excellent instruction to all levels of jiu-jitsu practioners. Myself and my family have trained with him for more than a few years now and compared to other gyms we have been to, this one stands above. Rodrigo is a knowledgeable instructor who cares about his students success. If you're looking to make a good investment in yourself or children then you should try jiu-jitsu. If you're looking for the best jiu-jitsu with great people then you should try ATLAS Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Academy

Been training for about a year and a half now and can confidently recommend this gym to anyone who wants to try or is currently training Jiu Jitsu. A healthy training environment and great coaching / teaching makes me want to come as often as possible! There’s also a range of class times that fit different schedules

Great place to train! Clean Academy with friendly members. Classes early morning, lunch and evenings to accommodate any schedule. Also open the weekend. Professor Rodrigo teaches World Class Technique for your hobbyist all the way up to serious competitors. Fantastic place to be if you’re new to Brazilian JiuJitsu. My 3 kids and I train here and can attest that both Professor Rodrigo and Professor Lucas are amazing coaches and people. The skills we've learned over the last year have been invaluable but the friends we have made here are the best part. This gym is run like a family, we're all treated and treat others like family. I highly recommend this gym if you're interested in a hard workout, skill development and meeting people that will become extended family.

During my time in the military I trained BJJ all over the country. I’m so thankful I found Rodrigo’s academy because it’s the very best instruction I’ve ever received. Also, this academy is an amazing family environment. My kids, my wife, and I all train here because of the camaraderie and atmosphere Rodrigo built here.

Rodrigo Cardoso has been our coach for a few years starting 2019 and has naturally become our family. His Jiu Jitsu is high level but even more importantly the way he teaches kids and adults with details to each technique is unparalleled. He is not only an amazing coach for us adults but he is the best with kids and really knows how to guide, protect, and encourage each and everyone of them. There is a reason why we followed Coach Rodrigo over the years and we are sticking with him as long as possible. Thank you Coach…Oss!

Words can’t explain how amazing Rodrigo Cardoso is, as a person and instructor. He taught me that size does not matter and hard work goes a long way. When I wanted to quit he wouldn’t let me and has always pushed me to be the best version of myself. He cares for each one of his students and does not see us as a paycheck but as family. I would highly recommend his academy for anyone especially women looking to learn to protect themselves.

I got lucky and stumbled upon Rodrigo in a google search. After just one class, I noticed an immediate difference in Rodrigo's instructions - he cares. Rodrigo consistently aims to bring a positive attitude and a welcoming environment everyday. It's difficult to find a gym with a high level instructor who is cognizant of different comfort/skill levels. I've found that at the Rodrigo Cardoso Academy.

After a year of studying under Professor Rodrigo I can confidently say his deep knowledge of the sport of jiu-jitsu is matched only by his passion for teaching others. His years of training 8 hour days and extensive competition experience clearly shines through. He is a jiu-jitsu encyclopedia and treats his craft as an art. I would highly recommend his academy to anyone looking for a school. Whether you have never set foot on a mat or have been training for years, his academy is a fantastic place to call home

Rodrigo is a black belt of very high level jiu jitsu . Allot of people dont realize that having a high level roll and a high level of teaching is hard to find . But with him you can definetly have the best of both worlds. Hes got all the tools to build many champions , no matter if its competition wise or just for hobbiest as myself . Oss.

Professor Rodrigo brings to the table a wide array of technical knowledge as well as athletic prowess, the combination of which result in a unique and effective learning environment. This can be utilized for a student's personal gain in the realms of: discipline, fitness, self defense and competition.
