    I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at the gym, from the very first day I was greeted in a warm and welcoming way by both the teacher and the students. Adriano's teaching is exceptional and he has a wealth of technical knowledge. The atmosphere he creates is one of total respect and friendship. His approach is always encouraging which makes the environment more trusting and which is fundamental for the personal and technical growth of the students, which leads to the other factor that the friendship between the students is incredible, everyone helps each other, regardless of their level of experience and this creates a very positive and motivating atmosphere. I highly recommend Athele A to anyone who wants to learn Jiu Jitsu and be part of this incredible community. At Athele A you'll find much more than just a gym, you'll find a family.

    Fantastic Gym! Adriano is a really friendly and cool instructor who teaches such effective techniques. He's got a 3rd degree black belt. I also love the length of the classes and the people I train with.

    Since my first day at the trial , everybody was super friendly and helpful. Adriano the professor is amazing , calm to teach and easy going . Nice and clean structure.
