    Horrible experience! The owner you cannot trust on, Me and my family clearly told him on day one that we will see for a month and then let him know to continue or not, he deducted $200 fees for both of my kids for the next month also inspite of telling him to refund as we were not at all happy with their work. The owner was very unprofessional, careless behavior and useless training, no effort by the trainers. Very bad experience, waste of time and money.

    I have been doing MMA last 4 years in NJ and recently in 2021 moved in the area. Dave is well known in MMA world being a great coach. He has a great technique and personality and his other coaches are excellent with different strengths. Nolan is a killer in cardio and Coach Hare is an amazing coach all around especially Kickboxing. There is discipline, focus and respect in this place. Strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape but most importantly defend themselves outside. If you want to be a fighter Dave is your man!
