Amazing striking gym. The coaches are very experienced, all levels are welcome and you can feel the progress after each class. Participants are friendly too. Overall a great sense of community in this gym, highly recommend it!

Amazing gym. Great knowledgeable coaches with a wealth of experience and an equal amount of patience. Lots of classes with variety of disciplines and times. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start martial arts / learn how to fight.

★★★★★ --- Best Gym Ever This gym has been a game-changer for me—it's been a part of my life for years, shaping me as a fighter and as a person. The training environment is top-notch, with high-level partners that push you every day. I’ve had three fight camps out of this gym, including an upcoming MMA fight, and the preparation has been incredible. High level partners and seasoned fighters. The coaching, the energy, and the overall atmosphere make this the best gym in the world. If you're serious about training, this is one of the best places to be.

i felt like i wasn’t learning much, mostly just getting shouted at and urged to do one-minute sets with bad form for most of the class. if you have chronic pain and need to take a breather, the coaches might call you out and punish the whole class with burpees. no lockers or showers. the vibes feel off. the gym smells bad. people are pressured into giving five-star reviews in order to get a discount on boxing gloves.
