  Amazing gym, super welcoming atmosphere and top-quality instruction. The coaches break techniques down clearly and always make time to help everyone, no matter their level. Great mix of hard rolls and friendly people who genuinely want you to improve.

  Clean and tidy gym/studio, very friendly bunch of guys, and as a female in a very male dominated sport, I’ve been made to feel nothing but welcome and comfortable. Practical session times spaced throughout the week and just an all round great experience every time I attend :)
