He makes every workout challenging yet enjoyable, and he genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. The gym itself has a great environment it feels like a second home.   Great gym! Friendly supportive environment that pushes you to be better! Flexible schedules and classes for children are a big plus. Definitely worth your time. Especially since the first class is free. Go see if it’s the right fit for you.

  It was a great experience!!! Tom Santos and Kayla coached us and it was a blast! A great workout and I’m excited to be able to defend myself better! Looking forward to future classes!!!

  Words cannot express how much I appreciate the training I’ve received and the community I’m a part of at Animal Instincts. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable in their skills and craft, and very patient with their teaching/coaching. We all are there to work but we also have fun. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to learn and train with a great bunch of people.

  I’ve attended 50 Jiu Jitsu classes (no prior experience). I have to muster the strength to show up after work. But at the end of every class I’m super glad I showed up. I’ve trained with coaches, Maurice, Caleb, and Richard. They are kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and role-models!!!
