  Best gym in South. Left my old gym when the prices shot up to £100 pm and stumbled across Amigos and the marvellous Oli. Warm, welcoming, friendly, family-run, high intensity, old school gym and boxing set up. Perfect. The ownership and all wonderful staff greet you everyday and the patrons - no wallies! Everyone is a star. I love Amigos, I've since brought my brothers-in-law and pals down here and most recently my 2 and 3 year old son and nephew. A real hidden gem, give it a shot.

  What a great gym. Got 99.9% the machines you will ever need. Went to lift some weights , good session. Wil be back.

  Great gym! I mainly use the machines and everything is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. I’ve also tried a few boxing classes and the coaches were supportive and pushed me at the right level. Great atmosphere and great value — highly recommend!

  Wonderful, safe, family orientated gym. My daughter has been coming here for 4+ years and has achieved so many accolades- such as K1 world and national champion, through amazing training with different coaches. A place where I know my daughter is always safe and a team thats become family. Highly recommend
