Incredible coach, great community. I have met many good people here and if I still lived in Vero, I would come every day
Truly an amazing gym! Everyone is so nice and welcoming
I have been training under Del Nova for about 6 years now. Del is a 6th degree black belt and is very knowledgeable. I love this school because it’s more like a family. Hard training and good vibes. Come give it a try and be apart of the family!!!
Family oriented. Roots BJJ. World wide experience with the greatest names in the discipline. Ideal to build confidence for your kids in a well coached environment.
Best Jiu Jitsu club in Vero Beach! Hands down. A real family atmosphere and quality instruction.
Have been attending Muay Thai and BJJ for almost a year as a beginner that turned 40. Have seen results both physically and in my abilities. Great family environment. Chill but competitive at the same time. Coach Del is one of a kind with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

The best Jiu-jitsu teacher I met. He is very technical and knows how to teach in the way it seems to be easy.
I started training bjj here a month ago and I really enjoy it. So much to learn! Also the best workout you can get.
Very nice environment to workout and train, Del is a great professional.
It’s a great environment to workout and train
I’m a 29 years old new white belt. I’ve been training here since October 2018. Master Del is a great instructor. Many of his <1 year students have won tournaments. I’ve seen a huge improvement myself in just a few months.I recommend this gym to anyone that wants to learn real Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
