I am absolutely thrilled with the experience my son has had at Alpha and Omega Martial Arts! The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. They foster a positive and respectful learning environment that has significantly boosted my son's confidence and discipline. The classes are well-structured, catering to different skill levels, and the emphasis on both physical fitness and mental strength is commendable. I highly recommend Alpha and Omega Martial Arts to anyone looking for a comprehensive and supportive martial arts education. A 5/5 experience!"

My nieces has been coming to Alpha & Omega Martial Arts for ... if I remember correctly, about 2 to 3 years now... they have even done the after school program and the summer program that is available. We love it here because not only are the kids able to learn skills and discipline, they also are learning self respect and confidence which is very important as they make their way through school. Mr. Jose and his team are great mentors as well! If I had the time, I'd join too since they also cater to adults. I just had to come and give a review since it is hard to keep children interested in anything, but my nieces are excited to come here- clearly they enjoy it. So this is my public thank you 🙂.

Great Aftercare program. I personally attended the after care for 2 years and was picked up from school in the afternoons. Morning transportation was provided as well. I began doing night classes due to the fun and welcoming environment the school provided. The workers were professional and assisted with homework after school. Very proud to say that I went to Alpha & Omega Martial Arts.

One of the best martial arts schools in the laurel md area. It’s a really nice environment for your kids to be surrounded. I highly recommended this school even for after school, they received the best attention and also learning at the same time martial arts. Don’t think twice, my child was very shy but now he is one of the best in class

Both of my sons have been going here for about 5 months now. Alpha & Omega teaches confidence, respect, self defense and achievements for all ages. Master José is very flexible for individual requirements. Master José instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Each student is analyzed and tested to earn their next belt. Alpha and Omega- continue doing what you do best. My sons always look forward to class.

A&O Martial Arts is an amazing establishment. My girls have been coming to this school for over six months now. They have learned multiple skills in Tae Kwon Do and are now orange belts and they will begin training for tournaments shortly. They have gained alot more confidence and I dont have to worry about them staying in shape with kids now wanting to stay indoors all the time LOL. They love showing off their skills to their friends and family. Master Jose and his instructors are great teachers and encourages their students, both children and adults, to keep pushing themselves and to become better for themselves. I highly recommend Alpha and Omega Martial Arts for anyone and any age!

My 7-year-old son has been attending Alpha Omega Martial Arts for almost a year now. It has been a very positive experience for him and my whole family. They make sure all the children are welcomed and having a great time. As well as making sure to teach them the values of self control, listening, and Respecting others. I've seen confidence, discipline and focus in my child. The instructors are super friendly and dedicated to the students. My son was extremely comfortable on the very first day. I highly recommend Alpha Omega Martial Arts.

My son has been training at omega for almost two years and i couldn't have made a better investment. Not only is he learning the art and skill but it is shaping him into a young man. Master Jose and his team are beyond amazing! Their unconditional support and leadership has allowed them to travel to compete in tournaments and they have many trophies and awards that reflect their hard work and deication. I highly recommend anyone that is interested in martial arts to stop by to see for themselves and take a class! I promise you wont regret it!!

My son has been going to Master Jose's Dojo for a year and half and he loves it. His confidence has elevated tremendously. He loves Master Jose, Ms. Angel, Mr. Cameron, Ms. Merious, Mr. Torre and Mr. Rogers. They all are respectful and understanding to my son's needs and take their time with him. He loves belt testing time to show me what he has learned especially board breaking for each ranking belt. Fun activities during the school year and for most of all the are open until 7pm. Which works great for my work schedule. He went for summer camp and had a blast and keeps talking about his next belt testing. Plenty of kids of all ages help each other with training. Each child has thier own locker for the belongings. Easy and reasonable payments. My family and I love the atmosphere everytime we there. 5 stars and would recommend Alpha & Omega to anyone. Thank you Alpha & Omega, looking forward to another school year with you guys

We have been going to Alpha & Omega for several years now. Our super girly ballerina, cheerleader daughter was a bit hesitant to do martial arts, but the team and staff here were very patient and have a magic hand with kids. She loved it so much that she opted to do summer camp there as well. She is almost 6 years old and has earned her belts at every step. She is very proud of her skills, and respects the discipline. She is still a ballerina and cheerleader, but she can do an amazing roundhouse and axe kick! Our 3 year old has started practicing Taekwando too now😁 Love this place. They are amazing. Highly recommend it. Very understanding and flexible staff. Oh! and they win martial arts competitions around the country! And they throw amazing kids parties for Halloween. Thanks for being awesome guys! 👍🏾😁

This is my sons first year at Alpha and Omega and I can honestly say I am thoroughly impressed! I’m not sure why I hadn’t heard of this place sooner, but both my son and I LOVE it. He enjoys his days out of school so he can spend the entire day there. The staff and Master Jose are very kind, warm and welcoming. They enjoy watching your children advance in different areas of life not only with martial arts. My son always comes home with his homework done and with story to tell. All of this AND the rate is extremely affordable for the services offered. Thank you so much A&O team for all of your hard work!!

My daughter looks forward to going every day; it brings joy to my heart that we've found such a great place. Thank you to all of the instructors and staff at Alpha & Omega.

Love this place. It's been two years and they have been nothing but awesome from the summer camp to the after school program. The staff are very helpful and passionate with the kids. The training is top of the line and teaches discipline. They always have fun stuff for the kids to do, nerf battles, movies night and parties too. Best thing for parents and kids.

Alpha & Omega Martial Arts is amazing. My son has been attending for over a year now. At first he was hesitant but after a few sessions, he loved it. My son is enrolled in the aftercare program. The instructors and aides are great. By the time I pick my son up, he has already completed his homework, eaten a snack and participated in training. The pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

I've been with the school for over a year now and I couldn't have picked a better place to train at. I'm now a coach myself and have learned so much from the staff and Master Jose. My 4 children attend the program as well for after school and they love every second of it. Best martial arts school around hands down!

Alpha and Omega Martial Arts is a great school to learn and practice legitimate Martial Arts. Not a "Mcdojang", the school is a great place to practice Martial Arts and stay fit for people of all ages. The instructors are well-experienced black belts and the owner/head instructor knows what he is talking about. From after-school care, summer camp, evening child and adult classes, and cardio kickboxing classes the environment is safe and fun!

My son has been going to Alpha and Omega for 3 years and my daughter for 1. The growth I have seen in them since going there is amazing! Not only have they progressed in martial arts, but they have applied the things that have been taught to them (discipline, confidence, and self control) in there everyday life. The instructors are great! I would recommend this school to anyone who wants a productive sport for their child to seriously consider sending them here.
