Great place to train jiu jitsu. Definitely recommend anyone who’s wanting to start a martial art to try this place. Everyone is welcoming and gives great rolls.

Alpha omega is a great place overall, from training to simple fun. The kids shake hands before every roll which shows them respect and great sportsmanship. The time and patience the staff puts into the kids is amazing! It’s awesome seeing that my son looks forward to going to jujitsu training and has learned so much! I’d recommend this place any chance I’d get :) very professional and clean, a very welcoming environment as soon as you step in! So excited to see my little man grow into this sport!
The best Jiu-Jitsu gym in town! The head instructor is talented, dedicated, very experienced & skilled, and extremely caring. He watches over each student and his/her progress. All students make good and fast progress. I love training at Alpha Omega! Everyone there is very welcoming too!

Best place to train in Laredo, since day 1 of training you finish the first class with tons of knowledge and you get better and better each day. Amazing people and an even more amazing coach and mentor Michael Esquivel. Known this man 15+ years, always been so humble and an amazing human being. Extremely privileged and grateful to train under him and his students. No better BJJ mentor out there!! :)
I have trained a lot of different ways in a bunch of different gyms but this is definitely my favorite. The workouts, the people, the quality of instruction are all phenomenal and when layered with on the art of jiu jitsu makes it one of my favorite places on earth. Anybody looking for a good workout, a new style of defense, or a collimation of the two needs to check out jiu jitsu and in my opinion this is the place to do it.
Just about 1yr training at Alpha Omega and got 2nd place in gi and no gi at my first tournament. It's a great environment! Mikey is very technical and high level with his instruction. I highly recommend this dojo!!!

Let me tell you something... I went into this realm today. It was glorious. I felt a runners high from today's exhaustion. I felt so present and Alive. Coach Michael Esquivel extremely detailed and knowledgeable. Showed me how the smallest details made the biggest impacts. Showed up for 2 classes back-to-back, regular adults and advance class. If you are looking to train like a world champion, look no further. The mindset of the whole is positive, uplifting, alpha dominate and respectful. I know I can grow as a better person here while definitely growing my knowledge for self defense. Coach, thank you for inspiring me to fight into being the best I can be. I realized the real one I'm fighting is not the person before me, rather my mindset. You opened up valuable perspective into my life. After 2 hours of intense training and multiple ego deaths, my attitude about myself, my business, my life and my thoughts shifted 180 into greatness. I fought my fears today, you brought courage to my life and showed me the philosophy of jiujitsu can be applied to all aspects of life. I am so grateful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
In town for work, Coach Esquivel and his team were very welcoming. Great atmosphere, instruction, and intensity! Will definitely be coming back.
