The second I walked in here I felt welcome and like I was wanted back! Very helpful with teaching techniques during live rolling and super good for people just getting started. They also have kind high level grapplers! I give this place a 10 !
Awesome Gym, awesome welcoming culture to visitors, Coach Allen is a class act! If you are in Cookeville looking for a good roll… this is the place to be.
I dropped in for an open mat and took the end of class. Great instruction and super friendly environment. If in the Cookeville area definitely check out a great gym. Everyone was welcoming and I look forward to training there again.
Instructors are very professional and courteous, they take the time to answer questions and ease any concerns you might have... The studio is very clean . Took my son in and done a class, he liked it..We will now be repeat customers! Give this place a try..they are amazing!
Just a wonderful team of instructors! We had a introductory course in Women's Self Defense for our international students at TTU & the staff was so kind to all of us. We all really appreciated the time that each instructor took to answer questions and demonstrate the proper techniques for different scenarios. Definitely worth it!
