I've been training here since last year, and it's truly changed me both physically and mentally. The guidance and support from Mestre Peninha, along with the camaraderie amongst fellow practitioners, create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like family. Everyone here is dedicated to helping each other grow, which builds a strong sense of community that's hard to come by. I definitely recommend the gym. It's not just about refining your skills but also about finding a second home on the mats.

Started training here about a year ago, and it’s by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. BJJ has tremendously helped my mental and physical wellbeing, and this school already feels like my seconds. All the negative reviews are just misunderstandings or ignorant people, Mr. Peninha is a great teacher I would easily recommend you his school for new and experienced people.

I started Jiu Jitsu here last year, and before that I tried a couple of gyms in this area, but I found the atmosphere here more welcoming and friendly, which is a reflection of Mestre Peninha character. I don't have any reason not to like this place.
