    Probably the best school in Quebec. The teachers are there for the students. Classes last at least 1:30, compared to 1 hour for other schools.

    Rigorous training that adapts well to people with zero experience in martial arts. Ali is a remarkable person who clearly loves teaching us martial arts and building our mental strength. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to get back in shape or build a fighting mindset ready to face whatever life throws at you.
