    Excellent gym, welcoming to everyone. The perfect place to practice BJJ, regardless of your level. Classes are tailored to each individual, from introductory sessions for beginners to advanced levels and competition. Muay Thai and BJJ gym with a training room included, all at an affordable price.

    Dropped in from out of town. Great mat space and clean gym. Padding is phenomenal for wrestling/judo. They offer a great mix of gi and nogi classes. In french fyi, but if you have trained for awhile the professors also know English and the teachings translate well. Will return when I have a chance! Merci!
